Scheduled plan review, assemblies 99,999 sq. ft. or less, commercial 299,999 sq. ft. or less, existing CMS schools including additions and remodels, charter and private schools, institutional 99,999 sq. ft. or less, mixed use 199,999 sq. ft. or less, multifamily residential four stories or less.

Loans of up to $75,000 at accommodating rates and terms available to qualified small and start-up businesses in Mecklenburg County.
