FY2025 Budget Retreat
The FY2025 Budget Retreat occurred Jan. 24 - 26, 2024 at the CPCC Harris Conference Center.
The Mecklenburg Board of County Commissioners' annual budget retreat, held Jan. 24 - 26, 2024, kicked off the process of developing the FY2024-2025 Mecklenburg County budget.
During the 3-day retreat, the Board received an update on the County’s financial status, addressed fiscal policies and reviewed current priorities. County Manager Dena R. Diorio is scheduled to present her budget recommendation on May 16, a public hearing is scheduled for May 23, with the Board adopting the FY2024-2025 budget on June 4.
